Secure your official documents online with real-time updates. A valid Real Property Tax (RPT) receipt is required for all requests.
If you don't have an RPT receipt, please pay at the Larena Treasurer's Office before requesting online.

How Our eAssessor System Works

Our system simplifies the document request process for residents. Follow these steps to submit your request online and claim your document with ease.

Preparation

Check or Settle RPT Payment

All document requests require an updated Real Property Tax (RPT) receipt. If you already have one, you can proceed to request online immediately. Otherwise, settle your payment first at the Treasurer's Office.

  • Check Already paid your RPT? Proceed to the next step and request online.
  • Check Not yet updated? Visit the Municipal Treasurer's Office to pay your RPT and get the latest official receipt.
  • Check Note: All document types require a valid RPT receipt.

Submit Online Request

Once your RPT is settled, fill out the eAssessor form and upload your latest RPT receipt to start your document request.

  • Check Provide property details and select your document type
  • Check Upload a clear copy of your latest RPT receipt (required for all requests)
  • Check Wait for verification and confirmation via email

Pickup

Document Pickup

Once your request is verified and processed, you'll receive an email notification with payment and pickup details.

  • Check Receive an email notification when your document is ready
  • Check Pay the document processing fee at the Treasurer's Office
  • Check Present your payment receipt at the Assessor's Office to claim your document

Important Reminders

If your RPT is already updated, you may proceed to request your document online immediately. If not, please visit the Treasurer's Office first to pay or update your RPT before submitting your online request.

All document requests require a valid RPT receipt. Requests without a valid RPT will be marked as "Pending RPT Payment" until verified.
